Measurement of communication quality in PROFIBUS networks
PB-QONE is a tool for complete evaluation of the communication quality in PROFIBUS networks. The hardware is connected to the PROFIBUS system with a supplied adapter. The simple, intuitive handling and the clear evaluation of the measurement results means that the physical and logical transmission quality in the network can be reliably evaluated within seconds. In addition, PB-QONE offers fully automatic and completely feedback-free topology determination under ongoing production conditions. It allows PB-QONE to record the actual connectivity of all network devices, and it can even identify repeaters, measurement points and cable lengths between devices. The graphic display provides an immediate overview of measurement locations and segment structures. This makes the PB-QONE ideal for all conceivable applications, such as certification and commissioning, maintenance and service, and troubleshooting.
