Intelligent detection of parasitic currents

There are often unwanted interactions between power supply and control technology in complex industrial systems, which can cause errors in regulation. The intelligent current measuring clamp EMCheck® ISMZ I is a mobile tool for detecting line-based parasitic currents in industrial plants. It detects values on its own and evaluates and records the data.

The collected data offers a first investigation and thus a first estimate of the facility's EMC sensitivity without the need to use special tools. Based on collected measurement data, a large amount of malfunctions can be analyzed. Thus, the need to use more sophisticated devices and to call in a qualified expert can be reduced to a small number of incidents.

Intelligent identification of sporadic interference peaks – mobile or stationary

To analyze a current, it is important to know the amplitudes of the current. With EMCheck® ISMZ I and EMV-INspektor® V2 currents can be scanned at 40 kHz or 50 kHz. For each scan point, you also get the amplitude to be able to carry out a meaningful analysis. The current data recorded in the devices is easily accessible with the free software EMCheck® View.
