The measuring tool indicates the actual line length and detects cable breaks with meter precision. The cable test is performed during offline operation and provides support to installers and maintenance personnel in connection with commissioning and service. Error detected, interruption in conductors A\u2013B. Short circuit A\u2013B. Screen interruption, cable length, cable impedance and termination function.<\/p>\n<p>The cable test with PROFtest II XL is performed in several steps at both ends of each line segment. All results can be saved in the tool.
